Elias Rasmussen started his PhD in Nanoelectronic Memory Devices Group today. He did his masters at Chalmers in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics and will now work on 2D semiconductor transistors for memory.

Anton is hired as a tenure-track assistant professor in the Information and Communications Area of Advance and will work in the Microwave Electronics Division at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience (MC2).

We are always looking for motivated master’s students who enjoy the type of work we do. If you are interested in completing your thesis with us, feel free to contact Anton directly. We offer both prepared thesis projects, and you are equally welcome to bring your own ideas. Because our field moves quickly, listing specific projects risks becoming outdated almost immediately. Instead, we note that our M.Sc. theses span both half-year and full-year projects and typically involve advanced nanofabrication in our world-leading cleanroom, electrical characterization in our state-of-the-art Kollberg laboratory, and/or device simulations.
