Anton is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Lund University under Prof. Lars-Erik Wernersson and later joined the Electrical Engineering Department at Stanford University as a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Eric Pop.

Elias received his M.Sc. (2025) in Nanotechnology and B.Sc. (2023) in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology. His current research focuses on ferroelectric 2D materials transistors for memory applications.

Patrick received his M.Sc. (2023) in Nanotechnology and B.Sc. (2021) in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology, having Prof. Niklas Rorsman as main supervisor and Prof. Anton Persson as co-supervisor. His current research focuses on gallium nitride high electron mobility transistors for high-frequency electronics.

Jesper received his M.Sc. (2023) in Materials Engineering and B.Sc. (2021) in Chemical Engineering from Uppsala University, Sweden. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology, having Prof. Niklas Rorsman as main supervisor and Prof. Anton Persson as co-supervisor. His current research focuses on gallium nitride high electron mobility transistors for high-frequency electronics.

This PhD student is joining from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, and is expected to start the position in February 2026, having Prof. Niklas Rorsman as main supervisor and Prof. Anton Persson as co-supervisor.
